Your time is not fixed unless you want it to be, you can stay in a studio unit, a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom unit in the summer season or winter season. For every block of time purchased a certain amount of points are awarded for that time, which can be spread out to use in any season for any unit or even carry over a portion to your use next year. It sounds confusing but once you understand the value of the points and how they can be distributed throught the year it lends itself to endless combinations of fun that will last a lifetime. Imagine, July 4 weekend comes around and you have taken the week off and at the last minute your friends come down, well open the connecting door and let them use the unit next to you. They can rent the adjoining room or you can apply some of your points that are awarded yearly, according to the season and size you originally purchased.
